Getting Started

Account Setup

Learn about Account Setup in WaymakerOS.

AccountSetup

Create your Waymaker account, set up your organisation, and configure the basics before inviting your team.

Creating your account

  1. Go to waymakerone.com and click Sign Up
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Verify your email — check your inbox for a confirmation link
  4. Complete your profile — add your name and optional profile photo

Creating your organisation

After signing up, you'll be prompted to create an organisation. This is your company or team's workspace in Waymaker.

  1. Enter your organisation name (e.g., "Acme Corp")
  2. Choose your Waymaker ID — this becomes your unique identifier (e.g., acme)
  3. Select your license tier — see Licenses for details on what each tier includes

Your organisation is created immediately. You're the Account Owner with full administrative access.

Your Waymaker ID

Your Waymaker ID is a unique slug for your organisation. It's used in:

  • Your workspace URL
  • API authentication
  • Team invitations

Choose something short and recognisable — your company name or abbreviation works well.

Your Waymaker ID can be changed later from WaymakerOne > Account Settings.

Choosing a license

Waymaker offers three organisation license tiers:

TierPriceBest for
Platform$19/seat/monthSmall teams getting started
Business$79/seat/monthGrowing teams with advanced needs
Enterprise$299/seat/monthLarge organisations with full requirements

All tiers include all 20 Commander tools. Higher tiers provide more AI credits, storage, and Host capabilities. See Licenses for full feature comparison.

Annual billing

Save 16.7% (two months free) by choosing annual billing. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from the billing settings.
