Organization Management

Learn about Organization Management in WaymakerOS.

OrganizationStructure

Your organisation is the top-level container in Commander. It holds your workspaces, teams, roles, goals, and settings.

Organization structure

Commander follows a clear hierarchy:

Everything lives under your organisation. When you invite a team member, they join your organisation and gain access to the workspaces and projects you assign them to.

Organization settings

Access organisation settings from WaymakerOne. As an admin, you can:

  • Edit organisation name and profile — your display name and branding
  • Manage members — invite, deactivate, change roles
  • View billing — subscription tier, usage, invoices
  • Configure domains — email domains, sending domains, form domains

Member roles

Four roles control access across your organisation:

UserAccess to Commander tools in assigned workspaces

Multi-organization support

You can belong to multiple organisations. Switch between them from the user menu in the top-right corner. Each organisation has completely isolated data — nothing crosses between them.
