Learn about People in WaymakerOS.
The People module in Commander brings together teams, roles, and goals — everything about the people in your organisation and how they're structured.
Accessing the People module
Press Cmd+2 to open the People module. It has three sections:
Teams
View and manage teams in your organisation. Teams group people who work together.
- See all teams with member counts
- Create new teams
- Add and remove team members
- Set team colours and descriptions

Roles (Org Chart)
View and manage the organisational structure. Roles define positions, purpose, and reporting lines.

Goals (OKRs)
View and manage objectives and key results. Goals connect strategic direction to measurable outcomes.

People vs WaymakerOne
The People module in Commander gives you a working view — you see teams, roles, and goals in context with your daily work. WaymakerOne gives you an admin view — member management, invitations, permissions, and billing.
