My Goals

Learn about My Goals in WaymakerOS.

PersonalOKRsProgress

My Goals shows the objectives and key results assigned to you or that you contribute to. Track progress, update outcomes, and see how your work connects to the organisation's strategic direction.

Goal cards

Each goal appears as a card showing:

  • Title — the objective name
  • Progress ring — a circular indicator showing overall completion
  • Type badge — colour-coded by level:
    • Strategic (organisation-wide)
    • Department
    • Team
    • Individual
    • Project
  • Status badge — Active, Completed, or At Risk
  • Description — a brief summary (truncated to two lines)

Metadata row

Below the description, quick stats show:

  • Deadline — smart formatting ("Due today", "3 days left", "Overdue by 2 days")
  • Outcomes — how many key results are complete (e.g., "2 of 5 outcomes")
  • Average progress — percentage across all key results

Viewing outcomes

Click the expand arrow on a goal card to see its key results:

  • Outcome title — what's being measured
  • Current / Target — values formatted as currency, percentage, or custom units
  • Progress bar — colour-coded by status
  • Quick complete — checkbox to mark an outcome as achieved

Updating progress

  1. Click Update on a goal card
  2. The update dialog opens
  3. Enter new values for each key result
  4. Save

Goal progress is automatically recalculated as the average of its key results.

Click Details on any goal card to navigate to the full goal page, where you can edit the objective, manage all key results, and view the complete history.
