Meeting types
One-time meetings
A single meeting at a specific date and time. Use for ad-hoc discussions, interviews, client calls.
Recurring meetings
A meeting that repeats on a schedule. Define it once and each occurrence inherits the template — but can be customised individually. Use for standups, weekly reviews, monthly planning.
Meeting templates
Templates define the structure of a meeting type:
- Agenda items — the topics to cover, with time allocations
- Participant roles — who typically attends and in what capacity
- Duration — default meeting length
- Settings — recording, transcription, and notification preferences
Built-in templates
- Standup — 15 minutes. What I did, what I'm doing, blockers.
- Retrospective — 60 minutes. What went well, what didn't, improvements.
- 1:1 — 30 minutes. Check-in, priorities, feedback.
