AccountSettings

Manage your personal profile, organisation settings, and account preferences.

Your profile

Update your personal information from the user menu:

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Select Profile
  3. Update your details:
    • Name — your display name across the platform
    • Email — your primary email address
    • Profile photo — upload an image
    • Bio — optional description

Changes take effect immediately across all Waymaker apps.

Organisation settings

Organisation admins can manage settings at WaymakerOne > Organisation Settings:

Organisation profile

  • Name — your organisation's display name
  • Logo — your organisation's logo (appears in the header and branding)
  • Headquarters — address, city, state/province, postal code

Member management

View and manage all organisation members:

  • See active members and their roles
  • Deactivate members who no longer need access
  • Bulk import members via CSV upload
  • Bulk export your member list

Roles

Four roles control what members can access:

RoleAccess
Account OwnerFull access to everything including billing and deletion
Org AdminAll settings, teams, mail, billing — everything except deletion
Team ManagerTeam management, API keys, form domains
UserBasic access to Commander tools and their assigned workspaces

Deleting your organisation

If you need to close your organisation:

  1. Go to WaymakerOne > Organisation Settings
  2. Click Delete Organisation
  3. Confirm the deletion

All team members lose access immediately. Data is retained for 30 days (for recovery) and then permanently deleted. Billing stops at the end of the current period.

Only the Account Owner can delete an organisation.

Switching organisations

If you belong to multiple organisations:

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right
  2. Click Switch Organisation
  3. Select the organisation you want to work in

Each organisation has its own data, billing, and team — they're completely isolated.
