Build a credibility-focused website for consultants, accountants, lawyers, and professional advisors — designed to convert visitors into clients.

What You Get

The Professional Services blueprint builds a website with 6 sections:

  1. Hero Banner — Business name, value proposition, and a "Book a Consultation" CTA
  2. Services — Clear descriptions of what you offer with optional pricing
  3. Team / About — Key people, qualifications, and the company story
  4. Credentials & Trust — Certifications, memberships, and professional body logos
  5. Testimonials — Client reviews and success stories
  6. Contact — Phone, email, form, and optional calendar booking link

Example Conversation

You: Build a website for my accounting firm, Henderson & Associates,
based in Sydney CBD. We specialise in small business tax and advisory.

Agent: I'll use the Professional Services blueprint for this.
       Let me gather your details.

       What are your main services?

You: 1. Tax Returns (individual and business)
     2. BAS & GST Lodgement
     3. Business Advisory & Planning
     4. Bookkeeping
     5. Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSF)

Agent: Who are the key people in the firm?

You: Sarah Henderson — CPA, 18 years experience, founder.
James Park — CA, specialises in SMSF and business structuring.
Lisa Chen — CPA, bookkeeping and BAS services.

Agent: Are you members of any professional bodies? Any certifications?

You: CPA Australia members. Tax Practitioners Board registered.
Sarah won CPA SME Accountant of the Year 2024.

Agent: Do you have client testimonials?

You: "Henderson & Associates saved us $40K in tax last year. Sarah
genuinely cares about her clients." — Mark T., café owner, Surry Hills

"James restructured our super and the peace of mind is worth
every dollar." — Linda R., retiree, Bondi

Agent: What's the best way for clients to get in touch?

You: Phone: 02 9221 5678. Email: hello@hendersonassociates.com.au
We use Calendly for booking consultations.

Agent: Your website is live at henderson-associates.waymakerapp.com

       It includes:
       - Professional hero with "Book a Free Consultation" CTA
       - 5 services with descriptions
       - Team section with bios and qualifications
       - Trust section: CPA Australia logo, TPB badge, award mention
       - 2 testimonials with attribution
       - Contact with phone, email, and Calendly booking link

Design Approach

The blueprint guides the agent toward a trustworthy, professional aesthetic:

  • Colours: Navy blue or charcoal primary, white background, gold or teal accents
  • Typography: Clean sans-serif throughout, slightly larger body text
  • Mood: Authoritative, trustworthy, approachable — professional but not cold
  • Layout: Clean sections with generous whitespace, cards for services and testimonials

Tips for Best Results

Credentials matter enormously. In professional services, trust is everything. List every certification, membership, licence, and award. If you're CPA-registered, say so prominently.

Testimonials close deals. Push for 2-3 specific testimonials with client names and industries. Specific outcomes ("saved $40K") beat vague praise ("great service").

Make it easy to book. If you use Calendly, Acuity, or a similar tool, the booking link should be the primary CTA. Removing friction from the first contact doubles conversion.

Services need clarity. Each service should be one sentence that answers: "What is this and who is it for?" Avoid jargon your clients wouldn't use.
