Design Approach
The blueprint guides the agent toward a trustworthy, professional aesthetic:
- Colours: Navy blue or charcoal primary, white background, gold or teal accents
- Typography: Clean sans-serif throughout, slightly larger body text
- Mood: Authoritative, trustworthy, approachable — professional but not cold
- Layout: Clean sections with generous whitespace, cards for services and testimonials
Tips for Best Results
Credentials matter enormously. In professional services, trust is everything. List every certification, membership, licence, and award. If you're CPA-registered, say so prominently.
Testimonials close deals. Push for 2-3 specific testimonials with client names and industries. Specific outcomes ("saved $40K") beat vague praise ("great service").
Make it easy to book. If you use Calendly, Acuity, or a similar tool, the booking link should be the primary CTA. Removing friction from the first contact doubles conversion.
Services need clarity. Each service should be one sentence that answers: "What is this and who is it for?" Avoid jargon your clients wouldn't use.
