Document Templates

TemplatesProductivity
Start from a template instead of a blank page. Templates give you a pre-built structure so you can focus on the content, not the formatting.
Using a template
- Create a new document (from Explorer or Tools module)
- In the new document view, click Start from Template
- Browse or search the available templates
- Click a template to preview it
- Click Use Template to create a document pre-filled with the template content
The template content is copied into your new document. You can edit everything — the template is a starting point, not a constraint.

- Click Save as Template
- Give it a name and description
- Choose whether it's available to your entire organisation or just your workspace
Your custom templates appear alongside the built-in ones when anyone in your organisation creates a new document.
