Multi-Selection Techniques

Range Selection:

  1. Click first task (or press X on it)
  2. Hold Shift
  3. Click last task in range
  4. All tasks in between are selected

Non-Contiguous Selection:

  1. Click first task
  2. Hold Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac)
  3. Click additional tasks to add to selection

Keyboard Range:
