App Team & Collaboration

Invite team members to collaborate on your apps and ambassadors. Each team member gets a role that controls what they can do.

Roles

The person who creates the app is automatically the Creator. There is one creator per app.

Adding a Team Member

  1. Open Host and select your app
  2. Go to the Team tab
  3. Click Add Member
  4. Select a person from your organisation
  5. Choose their role: Collaborator or Viewer
  6. Click Add

The team member can now access the app in Host.

Changing a Role

  1. Go to the Team tab
  2. Find the team member
  3. Click their current role
  4. Select the new role

Only the creator can change roles.

Removing a Team Member

  1. Go to the Team tab
  2. Click Remove next to the team member

Only the creator can remove team members.

Ambassador Teams

Ambassadors use the same team model. The person who creates an ambassador is the creator, and you can add collaborators and viewers using the same steps.
