Welcome to email management in WaymakerOS. This guide covers setting up and managing email for your organization.
Overview
WaymakerOS provides comprehensive email capabilities:
- Personal Mailboxes - Individual email accounts for team members
- Shared Inboxes - Team mailboxes for support, sales, or departments
- Custom Domains - Use your own domain (e.g., @yourcompany.com)
- Email Forwarding - Redirect emails to external addresses
- Email Aliases - Receive email at multiple addresses in one mailbox
Quick Start
- Add a Domain - Navigate to WaymakerOne > Email > Domains and add your domain
- Configure DNS - Add the required MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records
- Verify Domain - Wait for DNS propagation and verify
- Create Mailboxes - Add personal or shared mailboxes for your team
- Set Up Devices - Configure email on your phone, tablet, or computer
